General information and services in the apartments
Available in the apartment:
Electricity, bed linens, hand & bath towels, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper.
Change of bed linens/towels:
Basically once a week, more often upon request. Please inform the reception desk.
Check-in & check-out:
On arrival day check-in starts at 3:00 pm - on departure day, please check out by 10:00 am
Arrival and departure days:
We ask for your understanding in that our arrival and departure days are on Saturday.
Final cleaning:
One-time fee of € 60.00 per apartment.
In the penthouse the final cleaning is € 80,00.
Deposit:
€ 250.00 by bank transfer: IBAN AT082051000900904731, BIC Code: SPSCAT22
Local tax:
€ 1.80 per person and day (for those 15 and older) is NOT included in the price.
Minimum length of stay:
The minimum length of stay is 4 days.
Pets:
We ask for your understanding in that your four-legged friends are NOT allowed.
Cancellation:
With a cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, we will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee!
