Kiosk window:
NEW from June there is a small kiosk window at the “Alter Hoferhaus” which is open daily from 7:30 - 10:30 am and on request. With coffee to go, bread, milk, butter, ham, cheese, sausages … aswell as one of the most important dishes in Austria: Beer ;-)

Breakfast roll service:
Every day, you can order fresh bread rolls until 5 pm. The bakery will then deliver these the next day, and you can pick them up from 8 am at the reception/ kiosk window during high season.

Size of Caravan/ Camper:
We hope you understand that we can only accept vehicles up to a maximum length of 8 meters.

Kids room:
Located on the 1st floor is our youth and children's room with various games. Please note that this room is unsupervised and parents are responsible for their children.

Children's program:
Free children's program in summer: information is available at the reception desk or at the tourist office in town.

Wasching machine & dryer:
There are two washing machines and two tumble dryers in the sanitary building; coins and washing powder are available at reception

Group Hikes:
During the main season, we organise weekly joint hikes to our "mountain highlights"

Free WIFI:
Our WIFI is available in all apartments, chalets, double rooms and in the entire campsite for free.

Swimming Pool:
Our pool is free for our guests. Opening times according to announcements. The pool is a quiet area for relaxation. Jumping in the water and playing with balls is not allowed.
If the rules are broken, you will be issued a reprimand.

Direct sale of gas cylinders:
We deliver gas cylinders from 5 to 33 kg directly to your pitch.

BBQs:
open fire prohibited! You may only grill with gas- or electric barbecues. (fire hazard)

Payment of the bill:
During opening hours of the reception desk. You can pay in cash or with the "Maestro" bank card or credit cards (AMEX etc. are not accepted). The best time to pay is the day before your departure.

Banks in Zell:
Raiffeisenbank, Volksbank, or Sparkasse – near the railroad crossing.

Please contact the reception desk. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

Ski bus stop in winter - free ski bus!
Our ski bus stops right at our entrance and runs every 15 min. to the "Zillertal Arena" ski area.
A ski and boot storage room is located to the left of the main entrance of the sanitary facility.

Supermarket:
Various supermarkets, a butcher's shop, bakery, and tobacco shop are located in the town center ca. 250 to 600 m away.

Gas station:
The nearest gas station is only 2 min. away by car.

Table tennis:
Table tennis – paddles and balls are available at the reception desk with a deposit.

Hiking bus:
Summer hiking bus to Gerlos – Königsleiten free for our guests. Bus stop 150 m from Campingdorf Hofer.

Zillertal Aktivcard:
In summer, there is a card for almost all lifts, outdoor pools, and public transportation. Info and prices are available at the Zell am Ziller tourist office.
